She has worked at Longnaker Law Office for over 20 years in the office’s Estate Planning & Medicaid practice. Kim is known for her deep understanding of the unique legal issues affecting seniors and her compassionate approach to client service. As a paralegal she excels in assisting with a range of issues, including estate planning, Medicaid & Veterans long-term care planning, and Medicaid applications. Her role involves drafting legal documents, conducting research, and liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.
She is an energetic and determined team member in a busy office, always a help to her colleagues and to clients who are experiencing grief, loss, health issues, often involved in these legal issues. Kim is known for her patient and thorough approach, helping clients navigate complex legal processes with clarity and understanding. Her commitment to elder law extends beyond her professional duties; she actively participates in a local volunteer group called Volunteer Advocates for Seniors & Incapacitated Adults (VASIA) for the non-profit, Guardian Advocates Inc, providing valuable protection, advocacy, and support to seniors and adults with disabilities.
She has been happily married for more than 44 years and have 3 grown children and 4 grandsons. She was raised in Kentucky, and now calls Frankton her home for the past 40 years.
